Natural Endocrinology Specialists™, PLLC was founded in 2020 by Dr. Linda Khoshaba. Our space is a true reflection of decades of hard work, commitment and experience so that our patients can heal, thrive and find health answers.

Dr. Khoshaba had a vision that healthcare could be so much better by providing more care, time and integrative solutions for our patients. She sought out Naturopathic medicine and has been working as a physician for over a decade and has helped thousands of patients improve their health and quality of life. At NES™, we strive to get our patients to thrive, succeed, get answers, heal and make positive impacts in their lives. We are partners with our patients and we are honored to be with you on this health journey.

Natural Endocrinology Specialists™ is a Naturopathic Medical Clinic that has naturopathic physicians who are specialized in Endocrinology. Dr. Linda Khoshaba

Dr. Linda Khoshaba, NMD, FABNE is the founder of Natural Endocrinology Specialists™ (NES) and is a physician that is Board Certified in Naturopathic Endocrinology. She has been practicing in the field for over a decade and has treated thousands of patients. She specializes in treating hormone imbalances in conditions such as Hashimoto's and Graves Thyroid disease, Adrenal dysfunction, Insulin resistance, Menopause (Perimenopause and Postmenopause), PMS, Type II diabetes, Metabolic syndrome including Fatty Liver disease, Hyperlipidemia, Fertility, PCOS, Irregular cycles, Preconception care, Pregnancy thyroid management, miscarriages, and more! She takes an Evidence-Based approach.

Linda believes that you have the potential to achieve optimal wellness and vitality. She focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of disease and considers the physical, mental, emotional, genetic, and environmental aspects of health. Dr. Natalie Barriball

Resident Physician

Dr. Natalie Barriball is a first-year resident physician with a passion for natural medicine. She graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grand Canyon University in 2018 and became a certified doula in 2020. She then went on to graduate with high honors from Sonoran University with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2023.

Dr. Barriball dreamed of becoming a doctor ever since she was a little girl, and as she grew into adolescence, she herself developed an endocrinological condition. Because of her mother’s own health journey and experience with holistic healthcare, she was successfully treated with natural medicine, enabling her to fulfill her lifelong dream and be healthy today. Now, she has the privilege of helping patients like her achieve complete health and wellness through personalized holistic care.

Dr. Barriball loves naturopathic medicine because she gets to find the root cause of disease, treat the whole person, use nature to heal, and build relationships with her patients, all of which she finds very fulfilling. When not helping patients achieve optimal health, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, completing puzzles, hiking, and teaching Sunday school.

Tiffany Tippetts

Patient Care Coordinator

My name is Tiffany and I am the front and back office assistant at Natural Endocrinology Specialists™. I have worked in primary care and neurology before coming to work with Dr. Khoshaba. Finding NES™ and Dr. Khoshaba was like finding the perfect match for my beliefs and how I view health and medicine. I absolutely love patient care and getting to be a part of helping people get healthy and feeling better! Watching patients start feeling more like themselves and to be happy and healthy is why I love coming to work everyday.

I am a Phoenix native and could not imagine living anywhere else! I love being outdoors doing absolutely anything! I love hiking, paddle boarding, working out and exploring new places. I have one son, Bryson and he is entering middle school. We have so much fun going to the Phoenix Suns games and other sporting events. We enjoy the lakes and being out on the water.

My name is Ellie and I am the Medical Assistant at Natural Endocrinology Specialists™. I am a recent graduate from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and minors in Spanish and Biology. Currently, I'm in pursuit of becoming a Physician's Assistant and gaining a well-rounded view of health care. My work approach will always involve enthusiasm, passion, and be goal-oriented. I believe health care should be effective, informative, collaborative, and hold compassionate communication between the providers and their patients to improve overall well-being. This is why I love working at NES™ because we provide just that!

In my time outside of the office you can typically catch me working out, trying out new coffee shops, or dancing around at a concert. I look forward to learning about your story and aiding you to become the healthiest version of yourself possible!
