Become a Patient
The process is simple! You can BOOK an appointment yourself 24x7 directly on our website or you can contact one of our team members who are ready to assist you!
Once established you will receive access to a patient portal where you will find consent forms, lab results, documents that are shared between you can our office, and a method of communication via messaging to our office. You can send us messages on refill requests, appointment changes, questions about your care plan and anything else that comes to mind!
Your First Appointment
During your new patient appointment, we spend over 45 mins with you to get to know your top health concerns, past medical history, evaluates the therapies you are on, and analyzes your lab work in detail. We will create a detailed treatment plan that you take home with you right away and help you start working toward your health goals!
Your Follow Up Appointments
The follow up appointments will depend on each person's case and will be communicated to you directly by your Doctor. You can have a follow up appointment in person, via telemedicine or via phone consultation.
