Cardiometabolic screening helps detect hidden risk factors for heart
disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and kidney disease. Offered by
Care Access, this free screening for eligible participants includes a
simple blood draw that evaluates advanced markers for deeper
insight into your heart and metabolic health. NES™ serves as a
designated blood draw location.

How to Get Started

Step 1: 
Schedule Your Visit at NES™

Reserve your appointment online to complete your screening at our clinic.
Step 2: 
Complete Your Blood Test

Your quick blood draw is completed on-site. Eligible participants receive a stipend for time and travel.
Step 3: 
Understand Your Results

A few weeks later, Care Access will share your results, which you can bring to your next visit at NES™.
